A successful NLdoet day in Klundert!

On Friday, March 13, NLdoet took place: the largest volunteer action in the Netherlands, in which people throughout the country roll up their sleeves to do something good for another. At SOVAK in Klundert on the Nietvaertweg a pleasant afternoon was organized. The initiative was taken by Woningcorporatie Woonkwartier, which organized this activity, and by meer Moerdijk who gladly joined in to make it a nice day together.

From 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., everything was about fun, meeting and fellowship. During lunch, luxurious sandwiches and delicious homemade bell pepper soup, made by one of the ladies present, were enjoyed. Also on the table afterwards was a variety of goodies: cake, chips, cucumber and sausage. The youth work provided a real disco with DJ Teun and the community sports coach Anja brought balloons that were played with and thrown around a lot. There was dancing, laughing and chatting. Exactly as a good party should be. After a wonderful afternoon, the clients went home again and Woningcorporatie Woonkwartier and meer Moerdijk left for Zevenbergen. This day brought many smiles to residents, supervisors and everyone present. And us? We enjoyed ourselves. A beautiful memory that we look back on with warm feelings.
