MBVO (Meer Moving For Older People) is taught throughout Municipality Moerdijk by enthusiastic teachers. It is very important for the body and mind to keep moving. Fitness, muscle strength, coordination and balance are worked on. 
Also join one of the MBVO classes.

MBVO Gymnastics: € 13.50 per month (collected every 3 months)
MBVO Chair gymnastics: € 13.50 per month (will be collected 3 months)
MBVO Zumba Gold: € 18.50 per month (collected every 3 months)
